What the Guarantee Covers

The 60-Day Crew Efficiency Guarantee gives you an opportunity to determine whether The W.I.T.C.H.™ helps your crew:

If it does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order.

The customer is responsible for return shipping.

The eligible refund applies to the purchase price of the returned product.

Original shipping charges and other separately charged services are not refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund under the 60-Day Crew Efficiency Guarantee:

The return request must be made within 60 days of delivery.
The product must be returned with all included parts and components.
The product must not be damaged through misuse, modification, abuse, improper installation, unsafe operation, or use outside the product instructions.
The product must be reasonably cleaned before return.
The product must be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

The W.I.T.C.H.™ is a working product designed to be tested in real-world jobsite conditions.

Normal scratches, dust, finish wear, and other reasonable signs of field testing are expected and acceptable.

Receiver and Safe-Use Requirements

The guarantee does not replace the product instructions, compatibility requirements, ratings, or safe-use requirements.

The W.I.T.C.H.™ requires a compatible tow-capable machine and a properly installed, properly rated 2-inch receiver.

Safe operation depends on the complete setup, including:

Tow Vehicle Rating
Equipment Load Rating
Receiver setup and condition
Terrain
Slope
Traction
Load balance
Clearance
Operating conditions
Operator judgment

The Maximum Tow Load is controlled by the lower applicable safe limit between:

The Tow Vehicle Rating
The Equipment Load Rating

That limit must then be adjusted for terrain, slope, traction, stability, load balance, operator control, and actual working conditions.

The practical load must also remain within what the operator can safely control after the wheelbarrow is released from tow.

Always operate within the lowest applicable rating, the product instructions, and safe working conditions.

Which Product the Guarantee Covers

The 60-Day Crew Efficiency Guarantee applies to eligible purchases of The Original W.I.T.C.H.™ made directly through Witch Hitch unless different written terms were provided with the order.

SteelWing™ is a separate product and may be covered by its own return, guarantee, and warranty terms.

The 60-Day Crew Efficiency Guarantee is also separate from the one-year limited warranty covering qualifying defects in materials or workmanship.
