Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

• Return request must be made within 60 days of delivery
• Product must be returned with all included parts and components

Normal signs of real jobsite use are expected.

Receiver & Safe Use Requirements

The W.I.T.C.H.™ requires a properly installed and properly rated 2-inch receiver on the tow vehicle.

Safe operation depends on the complete setup.

This includes:

• Tow Vehicle Rating
• Equipment Load Rating
• Receiver setup
• Terrain
• Slope
• Traction
• Load balance
• Operating conditions
• Operator judgment

The Maximum Tow Load is determined by the lower safe rating between:

• The Tow Vehicle Rating
• The Equipment Load Rating

Then adjusted for terrain and operating conditions.

Always operate within safe working limits.
