The W.I.T.C.H. System SPECIFICATIONS

Engineered for Landscapers, Ranchers, Municipalities, and Hardscape Professionals

From large open properties to tight backyard access, The W.I.T.C.H.™ combines machine-powered transportation with normal wheelbarrow placement.

Industrial-strength construction. Built for productive material-moving workflows.

The specifications remain consistent.

The workflow adapts to the job.

Performance Overview

Tow for distance. Release for access.
Eliminate long-distance pushing and push only where hand control makes sense.

One operator moves more material over distance.
Use machine power for transportation while preserving wheelbarrow placement.

Reduced walking and pushing.
Help crews conserve energy for loading, placement, spreading, and finish work.

Continuous Connect and Release workflow.
Load. Tow. Release. Place. Return. Repeat.

Release Time: Less than 1 second from towing position to normal wheelbarrow hand use.

Towing and Load Capacity

Practical Wheelbarrow Working-Load Benchmark:
Up to 500 lb. with compatible stand-on mower and wheelbarrow setups, where all equipment ratings and operating conditions permit.

Maximum Tow Load:
Determined by the Lowest Applicable Limit within the complete setup.

The controlling limit may come from the tow vehicle, receiver, mounting structure, The W.I.T.C.H.™, connected equipment, load balance, terrain, slope, traction, ground clearance, or operator control.

Maximum Tow Speed:
Up to 10 mph where the tow vehicle, connected equipment, load, route, terrain, operating conditions, and product instructions permit.

Wheelbarrow Compatibility

Designed for many compatible:

  • Single-wheel wheelbarrows

  • Double-wheel wheelbarrows

  • Wood-handle wheelbarrows

  • Steel-handle wheelbarrows

Brand-Agnostic Design: Intended to support many common wheelbarrow brands and configurations.

Fit, dimensions, handle condition, balance, and connection must be verified for the specific wheelbarrow.

Compatible Adapted Tools

Approved compatible tools may connect through the correct 1-inch O.D. horizontal Key-Bar configuration.

Examples may include:

  • Compatible push blowers

  • Certain generators

  • Approved wheeled toolboxes

  • Compatible utility equipment

  • Other approved wheeled tools

A Key-Bar does not automatically make every tool compatible.

Tow Cart Mode

Supports compatible:

  • Tow carts

  • Dump carts

  • Wagons

The Tow Cart Adapter allows higher-volume hauling when Tow Cart Mode is more appropriate.

Use Tow Cart Mode for volume.

Use Wheelbarrow Tow and Hand Placement Mode for controlled final placement.

Tow Vehicle Compatibility

Potential compatible tow vehicles may include:

  • Stand-on mowers

  • Lawn and garden tractors

  • ATVs and UTVs

  • Small off-road utility vehicles

  • Other appropriately rated machines

Receiver Requirement: Appropriate rear-mounted 2-inch receiver setup.

A 2-inch receiver alone does not establish machine compatibility or towing capacity.

Terrain and Multi-Surface Capability

Designed for appropriate off-road jobsite use on surfaces such as:

  • Grass

  • Gravel

  • Dirt

  • Firm jobsite surfaces

  • Appropriate uneven ground

Adjustable system height helps accommodate different machine and route conditions.

Always evaluate:

  • Terrain

  • Slope

  • Traction

  • Ground clearance

  • Turning space

  • Load balance

  • Operator control

System Scalability

The same core system can support:

  • Solo operators

  • Single-wheelbarrow operation

  • Small crews

  • Multiple-wheelbarrow rotation

  • Wheelbarrow Conveyor™ workflows

  • Full crews

  • Tow Cart Mode

  • Approved adapted tools

With multiple wheelbarrows:

  • One can be loaded

  • One can be transported

  • One can be released and placed

  • One can return empty

The core system remains familiar while the workflow scales with the job.
